Wing Club FAQ
Questions? Confusion? Mild Wing-Related Anxiety?
We’ve got answers. Here’s the quick version of what changed, what stayed the same, and how to keep earning delicious rewards.
What changed with Wing Club rewards?
Rewards are now automatically issued in $5 increments. Every 100 Cluck Coins becomes a separate $5 reward that is ready to use. Same value. New format. Less calculator work.
Did my rewards disappear?
Nope. Your rewards did not fly the coop. The new Wing Club experience simply organizes rewards differently. Instead of one combined balance, eligible rewards appear as individual $5 rewards in your account.
What happened to all the points I earned?
They are not gone. We changed how rewards are displayed. Instead of stacking up one giant reward balance, every 100 Cluck Coins now automatically unlocks a $5 reward. Think of it like a punch card that actually remembers itself.
Can I earn more than one $5 reward?
Absolutely. Every time you rack up another 100 Cluck Coins, another $5 reward lands in your account. Keep eating wings. The math keeps mathing.
How do I earn Cluck Coins?
Easy. Order food. Eat wings. Be happy. Repeat. Every qualifying purchase helps you earn Cluck Coins toward future rewards.
Where can I see my rewards?
Visit rewards.wingshack.co, enter your phone number, and use the one-time passcode to access your Wing Club account and rewards.
How do I use my rewards?
When you’re checking out, available rewards will appear automatically. Select the reward you’d like to use and enjoy feeling like a loyalty-program genius.
Do rewards expire?
They do. Just like leftovers, rewards are best enjoyed before they expire. Keep an eye on expiration dates inside your account.
Can I use more than one reward at a time?
Not quite. Members may redeem one reward per order. We know. You were already planning to get $47 worth of free wings.
Are there rewards besides the $5 rewards?
There sure are. Wing Club members can unlock birthday wings, free sauce rewards, trucker hat rewards, and exclusive member-only offers. Because sometimes free wings need friends.
I updated the app and my rewards look different. Should I panic?
No panic required. The new rewards platform displays things differently than the previous version. If something does not seem right, contact us and we’ll help sort it out.
Is there a secret strategy to earn rewards faster?
Yes. Order wings. Then order more wings. We’re kidding. Mostly.
